To access the full features of the 777z platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 777z platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 777z reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777z will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 777z immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

777z may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

777z accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Currently accepted methods include:

• GCash (e-wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (e-wallet)
• Philippine bank transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (issued by a Philippine bank)

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on the 777z platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit amount on 777z is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfers are typically completed within one (1) business day. 777z reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated player account may be suspended. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all parties involved.

777z may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, 777z reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Decisions made by 777z in such circumstances are final.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777z platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or security systems
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 777z
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 777z staff or other players

Any unauthorized use of 777z intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777z, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service

777z does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

777z collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

777z implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 777z cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

777z may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies in the Philippines where required by law or court order.

777z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777z platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 777z informally by contacting our customer support team. 777z will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within a reasonable timeframe.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
